San Francisco

Off at Last! And no one believed I'd actually ever leave. Well, I flew to San Francisco yesterday and am now staying with my friend Loren, at his somewhat Bohemian abode. I've spent the morning taking it slowly, easing myself off my jet lag. I should be here for a week or so before heading south to LA. I met my friend Catherine from grade school at the airport yesterday, she was returning from Morocco, and we got a beer together before I jetted off and she headed home. It was great to see her and to have someone to see me off at the commencement of my journey. Anyway, that's all for now, I'm sure I'll have more to say before long.
